Vyona Health, Inc. ("Vyona," "we," "us") builds causal AI infrastructure for longevity clinics and digital health companies. This policy describes how we collect and handle information.

Client data. Health and clinical data provided by our clinic and digital health partners is governed by individual client agreements, not this policy. Client data is processed solely to deliver contracted services. We do not sell, share, or use client data for any purpose beyond the scope of each client engagement. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for protected health information.

Website visitors. When you visit vyonahealth.com, we may collect basic usage data (pages visited, referral source) through standard analytics tools. If you submit a contact or demo request form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, organization) solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell visitor data or use it for third-party advertising.

Your rights. You may request deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email below.

Not medical advice. Vyona provides data infrastructure and analytical tools. Nothing provided by Vyona constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

Platform access. Access to Vyona's platform is provided to clinic and digital health partners under separate written agreements. These terms govern general use of the Vyona website and public materials only.

Intellectual property. Vyona retains all rights to its platform architecture, methodology, and models. Clients retain ownership of their data and any analysis outputs generated for them under their agreements.

Limitation of liability. Vyona's platform and website are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyona disclaims all warranties and limits liability for any damages arising from use of the website or platform.

Security. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. In the event of a security incident affecting client data, we will notify affected parties promptly in accordance with applicable law.
